Fred Durst’s Health Issues Postpone the European Tour of Limp Bizkit

Rapper and Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has released a video statement where he explains to fans that the group’s latest UK and Europe tour will not be happening. The video came up on the band’s website, and in it, Durst went into some detail about the reasons why the band is canceling the Still Sucks tour. Apparently, the reasons are related to the frontman’s health condition. While he felt healthy ahead of the tour, after doing some tests, his doctor told him that he would not like Fred to tour at this time but instead ordered him to stay close by and do some additional tests.

Fred Durst was rather somber as he delivered the message and did not elaborate on the kind of health problem he was facing. He said he was wishing for the best and knew everything was going to be OK. Durst also promised fans across the pond that he already had something in mind to make it up to them. So, with Limp Bizkit not touring in Europe, this is the second time the band is postponing its Still Sucks tour.

A message also appeared on Limp Bizkit’s Instagram page, stating that for personal health concerns based on a physician’s medical advice, the band will take an immediate break from touring. The band members apologized for any inconvenience their decision may cause to their loyal fans, support staff, and promoters. A similar message also appeared on their website.

The Still Sucks tour has been going on since April, and the rap-rock band also played at Lollapalooza in 2021. In October 2021, Limp Bizkit also released its sixth album, Still Sucks. The album was received rather positively by critics, and some even praised it for being fresh and exciting. Now that Fred Durst appears to have health issues, fans will have to wait to find out where things are going to go from here.
